Then all you have to do is ship the unit to us and Back 2 Life Computers will replace the damaged part. We will then return your laptop to you with free ground shipping. You can choose to upgrade the return shipping, but you will be charged for the expedited shipping.

If we find that there is another problem with your unit, we will contact you and let you know what it would cost to repair it. At this time, you can choose to have it repaired or you can decide not to have the additional repair work done. If you decide not to repair anything, the only thing you would have to pay for is the return shipping.
